Black Magic Cake
My dad's favorite cake. He doesn't like icing, so he says the icing is optional.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 3/4 c cocoa
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup strong coffee
- *1 c sour skim milk
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
*Sour milk w 1 tbls vinegar in a cup and fill with skim milk. Let stand 15 min.
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Dry first then wet and beat 2 min.
Pour into a 9x13 greased pan.
Bake at 350° 30-35 min.
