Chicken Paprikash

Serves 4. This is my dad's favorite meal!! (He added the 2x exclamation marks.) Dad usually serves it with spaetzle

Saute onion, garlic, red peper flakes and paprika in bacon grease.

Cook chicken over med heat for 1 hour adding more water if necessary.

Stir in tomatoes (reserve juice). Mix flour, sour cream + rserved tomato juice in a medium bowl then add to chicken stirring constantly.

Serve over spaetzle.
