Note from dad: if you're ambitious and need a fancy dessert!
Preheat to 375°, grease pie plate.
Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter till like cornmeal, add cold water 1 tsp at a time tossing with fork.
Add brown sugar and walnuts and chocolate.
Sprinkle in vanilla + toss. Pat into pie plate.
Bake 10-12 mins or till done. Cool completely.
Shake together milk and flour and pour in sauce pan. Cook + stir over med heat until thick then cool.
Beat butter in a bowl with mixer until fluffy. SLowly beat in sugar. Beat in melted choc and coffee. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each.
Beat in cooled milk mixture. Spread in pie shell and chill.
1 hr before serving: combine whipping cream, coffee and sugar and chill.
When serving: beat cream mixture until stiff. Top pie and shave a chocolate bar on top + serve.
