Makes 5 qts.
Beat egg yolk and sugar until thick and pale yellow. Add to punch bowl with milk.
Beat whipping cream to soft peaks and fold in.
Beat egg whites until thick and fold in.
Sprinkle w/ nutmeg and serve.
