Linguini w/ White Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 cans clams minced, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 tbls minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- S&P
- additional clam juice
Recipe
Saute clams in olive oil. Add garlic, reserved and additional (one small bottle) clam juice, oregano, basil, salt, pepper to taste.
Toss w/ linguini.
